Reports have emerged that Patrol 018 of the Delta State Police Command have apprehended a couple who were in possession of firearms. The Police effected the arrest along Agbor Alifikede boundary between Delta and Edo State.
The suspects are from Odigbo, Ondo State and identified themselves as Ikpi Samuel and Eunice Samuel, aged 28 and 25 respectively. Both said that they were married.
Items which were recovered from the couple includes
Locally fabricated pistols
Locally made shotguns
Two cartridges
Five android phones
Power bank
25 sim cards of different networks

The Delta State Police Command under the leadership of CP Ari Muhammed Ali released a statement through the Acting Police Public Relation Officer DSP Bright Edafe. According to him, preliminary investigations which was carried out shows that the suspects are members of the dreaded Arobarger confraternity. The DSP assured the Press that subsequent developments will be communicated when investigations are concluded.
