Just as 2023 Presidential Election is fast approaching, most Nigerian politicians are getting themselves ready to occupy one political post or the other.
Though several Nigerian politicians have made their interest known, but many are yet to do so. But there are two Nigerian politicians who are likely to be the next president of the country.
First is the present Vice President of the country, Prof Yemi Osinbajo. Though he has not indicated his interest to contest in the forthcoming presidential election, but I think he is the favourite.
Why did I say so? I said so because he has all it takes to become the next president of the country, first he is still young, he is highly educated and he fears God.
As it stands now, Nigeria needs someone who can turn things around in the country, because things have fallen apart and I think Prof Yemi Osinbajo is the man who has what it takes to turn things around in Nigeria.
Prof Yemi Osinbajo has been in power as Vice President, so he has acquired the required experience, so if given the opportunity, I don’t think that he will disappoint Nigerians.
The second person is Atiku Abubakar, the former Vice President of the country. I really think that Atiku Abubakar is another man who is likely to be the next president of the country.
Why did I say so? I said so because Atiku Abubakar has the experience, he is loved by most Nigerians and he is educated. Though he is not be all that young, but I think Atiku still has what it takes to govern Nigeria.
We all know that the administration of former president Olusegun Obasanjo was a better administration compared to this present administration, and Atiku Abubakar was his vice then, so I think Nigerians will once again give him the opportunity to change the face and fortune of the country once more.
Though many people may disagree with me, but I think these two individuals are likely to become the next president of the country come 2023.
