Mark Lawrenson provides possible results for Manchester City vs Arsenal, Liverpool vs Chelsea and Man United game
Arsenal head into the game looking to try and pick up their first English Premier League points of the campaign after they suffered 2-0 defeats by Brentford and the Blues in their opening two games. The Gunners are currently languishing down in 19th place in the English Premier League table after a stuttering start to the new season in spite an active summer transfer market. Former Liverpool player Lawrenson is expecting to see Manchester City claim a straightforward 2-0 victory over the the Mikel Arteta’s side on Saturday lunchtime.
The former England footballer Mark Lawrenson had predicted the EPL games for this weekend. Liverpool against Chelsea will square off in the first big clash of the English Premier League season and backed former club Liverpool to beat Chelsea in this weekend’s heavyweight match and expect the score line to be 2-1.
Lawrenson has also backed Manchester United to return to winning ways at Molineux. They dropped points at Southampton in their previous game but he is predicting a narrow win at Wolverhampton Wanderers (2-1).
Sissoko signs for Watford
Done deal: The English Premier league club Watford have completed the £5million signing of France and Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Sissoko on a two-year contract.
