Barring any unforeseen circumstances in the forthcoming Governorship Election in Anambra State, The following Four Gubernatorial Candidates, Valentine Ozigbo (PDP), Andy Uba (APC), Charles Soludo (APGA) and Ifeanyi Ubah (YPP) are most likely to Succeed the Outgoing Governor of the State, Chief Willie Obiano.

1. Charles Soludo (APGA)The Former CBN Governor is well positioned and enjoys the power of Incumbency. Thus, he is a Candidate to beat in the forthcoming Election. Meanwhile, his party has been ruling the State since 2006. Therefore, APGA has been a strong support base across the nook and cranny of the State.

2. Valentine Ozigbo (PDP)

This is the first shot Ozigbo is taking to govern Anambra State, Unlike the other Top Three Candidates who have been in the Race before. Even though he is relatively unknown in the political circle compared to his opponents, Ozigbo has inherited the PDP formidable structure in Anambra State. Equally significant is that he has the backing of Peter Obi, a Former Governor of the State.

3. Senator Andy Uba (APC)

Uba has quite a lot going on for him, He is the Candidate of the APC which is the Nation’s ruling party. Thus, the Federal Might may likely be an advantage for him. Also, He is the most experienced politically among all the Contestants, Uba has previously served as a Two-term Presidential Adviser, Governor and a Two-term Senator.

4. Senator Ifeanyi Ubah (YPP)

The Nnewi-born serving Senator stopped Two known Political Giants in Anambra State, Andy and Chris Uba from going to the Senate in 2019. Even though his party, the YPP is unknown as he is the only Member of the party holding a Political Position, Ubah has a strong grassroot support across the nook and cranny of the State.

Who among these Top Contenders do you think ‘ll win the November 6 Gubernatorial Election in Anambra State?
